Impecable place, it was clean and had nice staff from manager to chambermaids. The accommodation had a central location very near to bus stops where you could catch the bus to different areas. There was The Good Catch nearby to grab something to eat.

The room I booked was newly renovated and tidy, complete with comfortable seating and walk in shower. The food was fantastic - plenty of options. The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect: shopping centres and the Christmas market were within walking distance.

The hotel was enchanting and fairly clean, with really good staff from manager to chambermaids. The location was marvellous, around 10-15 minutes walk from Lower Gardens. Plus, it was close enough to a beautiful beach which dogs are allowed on until May, the Sandbanks ferry and the resturant and also the outside seating area and also garden.
